Does it matter? When a foreign leader farts or there is a wind storm in Kansas or when paint takes too long to dry or when birds sing, the oil industry arbitrarily raises prices.

FYI: Gas was $1.46 when Bill Clinton left office. The next guy colluded with big oil to double to triple the price and we accepted it blindly.

We were at $3.56 for Premium here in Montana last time I filled up but they've dropped a bit in the last two weeks.

When I first started driving, regular unleaded was $.98 a gallon.

$2.55 minus .20 for using my store card (so $2.35 a gallon) for regular unleaded. Didn't look at the Premium since I was driving in my Blazer, which uses regular unleaded. I don't drive the Camaro enough - tank of gas will last me half the year, LOL.

How often do you fill your Camaro up?

I am an ancient old timer because I can remember premium at .25 cents. Right now here in Al it is $2.87 for premium.I can also remember oil at .15 a quart out of bottles and bread at .12. Time flies. Enjoy it.
