BMR tower brace with a CAI intake?

Has anyone with the CAI intake mounted the 4 point BMR strut tower brace without any issues?

TIA

My only concern would be the front driver's side mount having clearance issues with the intake. Depending on how set you are on using that 4-point strut tower brace (STB014) you could also look into using our 2-point strut tower brace (STB013) or our other 4-point strut tower brace (STB016) design we have available. Both the STB013 and STB016 should have no problem clearing the CAI intake.

Thanks Kyle, can I return the brace if it won't clear the intake?

Yeah, if you decide to purchase the strut tower brace you linked in the intial post I will take it back if it doesn't fit. Since you are in Canada you would have to ship it back to us but I would take it back without any restocking fee. My one request would be to take some pictures of where the clearance issue is that way we can take a look at it.

Will your two point brace fit a 2011 SS? I like the way it looks.

4 Point BMR tower brace

No clearance issue with the STB016 and a K&N intake.

Only early models without the OE mounting holes. Some early 2011's had the carry-over 2010 strut towers without the strut tower brace mounting holes. If this is what you have you can use the STB013 2 point brace.

I modified my CAI intake around the brace(cut a hole in it). Works great with no issues.

We are still working on designing a strut tower brace that will work with the Maggies and other positive displacement blowers. We have been working on it a while because we want something that isn't too hard to install, function amazingly, and looks as good as it functions. I hope we have it ready to go within the next 3-4 months but it really depends on how busy we are.
