I pulled up the dealer page and see how it shows all of the rebates on the car where you got your screen shot. I'm sure they have a fun time explaining to all of their customers that those discounts don't apply or that you can't mix them with the financing offer.

I think you're forgetting the tax on the Z/28, so they probably gave him somewhere around 35 for the 1LE.
