WTB: 2013 Zl1 Diffuser Heat Shields. (DO I NEED THEM?)

Anyone on here selling some heatshields for a 13 zl1 diffuser shipped to Texas 78046. Do i need really need them?

They are not necessary, you will have no problem if you don't have them. They are mostly just for looks. Many people on here as well as me run with no heat shield but they do add a little detail to the look.

Thanks for the info. Im just worried that the diffuer will melt without them. They are ridiculous expensive for what they are. :/

Most tips have double wall so the outer wall doesn't get that hot to melt the plastic. The tips I have get really hot that I've burnt my finger by barely touching it when hot and it hasn't affected the diffuser at all. As long as you got the tips well installed and centered correctly you'll be fine
