The plugs I removed were Delco but of course they were dirty so it wasn't as noticeable. The big thing that sticks out like a sore thumb is the printing on the porcelain. The fake plug the printing is larger and very bright. The real Delco plug even new the printing looks a little faded and smaller. Also the real Delco plugs are pre gapped. The fake ones were all over the place gap wise.

I should have known at that point but most all people will walk right into hell with both eyes wide open including me.

Once I get done with the car today I'll take a few pictures and send them to you if you like.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/163489466498?ul_noapp=true here is the add, now they changed the wording! It says for replacement of Delco plugs and they are aftermarket! I'm going to send this to Delco, maybe they will go after them. They even have made in Japan stamped on the steel body!

I think they already know where their spark plugs are made.

This and if the plug says ACDildo that's another red flag too

Those plugs get nasty on the LFX. I would keep an eye on them and change them more often than a typical iridium. Luckily they are a super easy change.

I used amazon when I bought mine, they often run deals, but right now they are $6/plug which isn't bad at all.

Wow yours look awfully sooted, mine didn't look anything like that. Just normal dirty brown. I also unshroud the electrode on all my plugs, makes a huge difference at low rpms. You should try it.

Between the new plugs and smoothing the crazy sharp edges a bit in the throttle body the car really responds smoothly to any throttle inputs at any speed. I can post some pics up if you are interested in trying it. What I did was buy a used TB and then used info from a video on youtube. Car works so much nicer at part throttle now.
I didn't go as far but just used this as a guide. WORKS!

I know longer have my LFX powered Camaro. Yes they were awfully bad, this was a change after I had the high-pressure fuel pump go bad in my engine.

Had to change the plugs after I got the fuel pump fixed.

But I did notice just how dirty things got in the LFX, so I was just saying, since it's so damn easy to do the maintenance, I would keep an eye on plugs and not just let them sit for 100k miles.

When I shut the car off, it would have a run-on condition like diesels. Because there was excess fuel in the system, the engine would still run for a second after I had the key out and then stumble and die.

When I hooked up my HPTuners to the car and drove, it was running pig rich. Pegged the fuel trims.

The pump that pressurizes the fuel for the DI inside the engine, failed and was leaking instead of pressurizing. So to compensate the car was just pouring fuel at it to try to get it to pressurize.
