we are going to have to rethink operation freedom rope
Off-Topic - BTW, I know that thing as the "Burp Gun." It's LETHAL. Especially with "Special" rounds.....

Even though I have NO clue to what this "Book" thing is: I have a feeling I should give a full "Yessir" to that.

Just a little talk about a book documenting the Camaro and Scotts experiences through the years w/ GM. I know I'll be picking up a copy if this happens! ...."Chapter 9....Camaro5 and their crazy crew."

Shunt Goodies

So I saw some cool ideas for some shunt goodies on another thread so I figured I would start a new one just for that.

So other then the rope what else would be cool to have???

I am in favor of the whole part 5HUN7 idea or something like it.

I meant to reply to this earlier...

I can't take credit for this smiley, DGthe3's da man. He found it first.

I'll post it in the "smileys" thread and ask Tran to add it.

You won't see us coming. But, you'll know we've been there.

Briefing Time: 1908 Zulu

Operation: Freedom Rope

Mission: SSR Rapid Deployment Extraction.

Subject: Mission Essential Assets.

Requirements for Go / No Go: Location of Shunt within 1/4 mile.

Attendees: Freedom Rope Command Staff

Staff,

I'd like to show you our latest asset to be used in our efforts to rescue Shunt. We've recently added to our inventory a High Speed / Low Drag (not so much stealthy) Extraction Vehicle (HSLDEV) to our Alert 5 SSR Rapid Response Teams.

Image:

We feel it necessary to consider this vehicle our primary means of extracting Shunt due to the following tactical advantages.

1. Just WOW!
2. The new Ear Drum Rupture (EDR) equipment has proven to temporarily stun and, in some cases, incopacitate the enemy.
3. Holy Poop! this thing is fast!
4. Lung Extraction Technology (LET) will literally cause enemy assets in the immediate area to cough up a lung as the HSLDEV passes by, due to the extreme reduction in available O2.

You may ask why we felt it necessary to reclassify this brief from "Top Secret SCI" to "For Official Use Only". We felt like the overwhelming advantage created by the aforementioned HSLDEV capabilities will allow us to be outta there long before they can respond.

We expect this to be the only glimpse the enemy will get of the HSLDEV. (the tail lights):

This concludes today brief.

We are stading by for further instructions.

This must be the highly classified 'Brown Note' device, of the Popped Lung Taskforce... Be sure to send an extra pair of ear protection for Shunt. Once he is extracted we don't need him defecating in the passenger seat of the HSLDEV or we'll have to put him back in the trunk.

Unfortunately the Involuntary Urination / Defecation Containment Device (IUDCD) was not funded due to budget constraints.

I voted for it.
