For those that still crave get this book. Its easy ready and repetitive, sometimes just plain old dumb. But what it does do is change the thought process around smoking that cigarette. I do occasionally catch a whiff and have a slight craving but most of the time I find it repulsive. This book will explain the whole process. Just do it!

I quit many years ago- I was opening my 3rd pack daily. You have to quit cold turkey or you will never beat it. For me I can still get the urge if I smell a cigarette.
My downside is weight. If your not careful it's easy to put on the pounds after you quit. |

And it's different for everyone. After 9+ years without a single smoke, I still had cravings. NOT as strong, but it was really weird. I'd actually do the 'reach' for my smokes,,,,,,,,, that I hadn't carried in 9 years........... It's nice to be done with them, but I'm really missing them right now. |

Gratz! I am 2 years off of nicotine (after 16 years smoking). I can tell you that the cravings will never go away completely, but it is easier and easier to ignore them.
