Otherwise, before the winter, I also changed the oil so that I could just start and drive at the beginning of spring.
But a few old mechanics unlearn me that.
During the winter, the oil absorbs a lot of moisture and water. And that's not very good.
Although I replied that the water would evaporate when the oil was heated, I was told no. Only change the oil in the spring. It's better.

I change the oil somewhere between 5k and 7k, regardless of the DIC amount left on the oil. This year, I’ll probably put it away at 1500. If you’re not starting the car during the cold months, it shouldn’t really be adding moisture to the oil.

I change the oil every year, regardless of the mile run. And since I don't drive much with Camaro, it is about 1200-1500 miles.

But I give new oil only after the winter in the spring.

Put mine away for the winter today.
Just had the oil changed (once a year), Filled the tank (No stabil), hooked up the battery tender and put the cover on.

Same way I've done it for the last 9 years.

This is the negativity I do not want to see right now lol. Still driving mine until the snow hits or salt is on the road, which ever comes first.
