2018 ZL1 A10 Concerns

Al,

I'm looking at buying a 2018 ZL1 A10 but some issues with the A10 on track are starting to concern me. My goal is to own a street car that I can do 4-5 DE's a year at COTA. I keep reading of people having shifting issues 5-7 laps into track sessions. I've paid very close attention to 17+ ZL1 A10s at COTA and have not seen any issues 1st hand.

What can you tell me about the issues I've been reading about?

What will GM do for me, if I buy a 2018 ZL1 A10 and have issues on COTA?

Thank you, this is really important to me, I'm days away from either buying a ZL1 A10 or going a totally different direction and buying a Cayman GTS with a PDK.

Thanks for your quick response!

Excessive temps don’t seem to effect all the people tracking them. Just some.
