LT4 engine oiling and HP ratings for zl1 1le

My 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE is rated at 650/650 HP/Torque but uses a wet sump oiling system. The 'vette uses a dry sump system and rated 650/650 as well. When I look in the GM Performance catalog the wet sump engine is rated at a lower HP than the dry sump engine setup. This makes sense to me because of windage losses, etc in the wet sump system. So is the wet sump Camaro LT4 really rated at slightly lower hp than the dry sump 'vette LT4.

Does it really matter ?

Maybe they retuned it so they have same net hp @ crank. +0.125psi.. done.

They're both SAE certified at 650/650. Whatever GMPP is doing in their aftermarket catalog is not related. The Corvette and Camaro use their own ECU tunes.

Not a super scientific way to prove anything but haven't camaro lt1's been dynoing higher than corvette lt1's by a slight margin? I know not all lt1 vette's are dry sump but still similar comparison. The wet sumps aren't trumped by the dry sumps necessarily.
