I have emailed them on the 6th, 8th and again today (the 11th). No answer. I called them today, got hung up on, called back immediately and got a voice mail. Left a message. They have great products, albeit a little pricey, especially with shipping. Just my two cents.

Same for me. Emailed Stewe that it is not possible to order from the website. When to select shipping it dont works. No answer from the company

I doubt sub thump are 'banned' from C5.. Prolly more like didn't pay their dealer fee to C5.. .

Right, what the ******** is all about then that ppl have to misspell their name to? Perhaps a mod can confirm why they aren't welcome at camaro5 at all. Does it really matter? Their CS is crap.

With all that being said, does anybody have an amp mounting board they want to sell? Or the dimensions of one so I can make one? Or know of somebody else that makes one?

My opinion is that sub thump have..

- exceptionally well designed & made products
- products that are priced too low due to perceived competition from lesser products
- defined customer service levels that will not be exceeded
- customer expectations that do exceed, will not be responded to

I paid my money, waited patiently for my order, and was very happy.

Never had a problem because I knew what I wanted and he delivered. Amazing product for the prices.

idk I thought they were pretty good... I was missing something from my order and after one email it was quickly sent without any hesitation. and yes I knew what I wanted, I waited patiently and now I couldn't be happier

I never said he doesn't provide great products, but after 3 emails and two phone calls with NO response....his customer service SUCKS!

I've made 2 orders with sub thump and never had a problem. Maybe there is a reasonable explanation?

all I know is when I have emailed them I usually get a response with in a day or so. I know when they were going through the issue they had with getting the materials to make the FARK's they seemed pretty stressed out. not necessarily defending them but they have always produced good stuff when I have ordered from them, the shipping was on par with a lot of other small to moderate sized companies I have dealt with. would definitely order from them again. got FARK, stealth box, Mounting board, and a couple other items. everything was good and the experience each time was great!
