Steering

Hi I have the camaro 2011 LT

today on I went out when I turn left or right I feel that the steering is heavy and their is low sound comes when I turn the sound like when you press on something soft and when you take your hand out its become big and the air comes out.

I want to know that is only feeling or it is real and it's heavy.

waiting for your opinion and for eveyone had this problem
