My only gripe is the Camaro does not have a black exhaust option for the performance exhaust in year 2023 and the cluster was not changed to fully digital. Wanted to get my order in ASAP because my gut tells me this will be it due to almost no changes. GM looks to be depleting its part inventory with no major changes just like they did back 2001-2002. Missed out on buying a Trans/Am collectors edition due to a dealer ordering error (sure it was greed) and don't want to miss the boat again. Went with the SS2 because it holds more meaning and value because of my age.

Unfortunately, a working relationship with the dealer won’t get anyone an allocation. Only the GM gods control that.

If you don't mind me asking, what is the dealer you are working with and the order number? I'm surprised anything made it past 3000 status yet for a 2023. But that is exciting if it has and gives many of us hope that ours will get picked up to 3400 soon!

It can very much help with the dealership's decision about whose order to spend their allocations on, though (if they do have allocations, of course).

I get along with my dealership quite well and I have their only 23 sold order. Sure, dealerships can decide who gets it, “if” they get an allocation, which as I said is determined my the GM gods.

I am going to revise my statement here after just reaching out to my dealer. He also just showed me a screenshot with a TPW of 6/20/2022! For some reason I thought that TPW didn't come until 3400.

My order was submitted last Friday. The dealer stated that GM is having some technical issues with the ordering system, and that the Order code will be available this Friday. So the wait begins.
