Nothing like a little bad publicity that threatens a business to raise the priority level (to "fill immediately") of the pending issue...

Glad your issue is being resolved.

Jason just sent me an email. My stuff should start to ship by the end of the week. The supercharger will take a couple weeks to prepare.

I'll keep you guys updated.

Thanks for all your comments and support.

I’m not sure that was ADM’s statement.

I didn’t read it that way since it was in quotations, as in he was quoting someone else.

Could be wrong, though.

If I were you and the stuff hasn't shipped yet, I would ask for my money back

I second that cancellation, might just be a delay tactic.

If he's as financially unstable as many of us think, he likely has issues not only with customers but also with his vendors. Having seen this dozens of times in various forms both in auto and construction I say get your money back and pay a few more bucks to one of the big boys

I remember a performance shop here in AZ YEARS ago that ended up going like this. They would sell the stock parts off of a car they were upgrading and using other peoples money to pay for someone else's work. Needless to say it caught up to them. Idk what the final outcome was but the shop got locked down and owners had a hell of a time proving their car was theirs let alone the parts on a shelf was theirs vs someone else's.

Hey guys, I'm with you on the money return but, since I have time with my cc company - shouldn't I give him a little time before I rescind my order? I will call Jokerz and see if my sc has been ordered.

I just tried to get a hold of Jokerz. I was sent to voicemail and found a "mail box is full, have a nice day" and then a dial tone.

I am on hold with Texas Speed. I will see if my headers have been ordered.

Stay tuned.

They said no way to see if my headers have been ordered. They also told me that they are out of stock until at least the first week of January.

Just spoke with Bret @ Jokerz (he called me). He told me that Juiced has ordered a couple of blowers last week. But, without an order number, he can't tell me if one of the orders was mine. Juiced has always paid his bills and they continue to have a good relationship.

So, I think I will give this a little time to come together and see what happens. I have 60 days to dispute it.

Ya man "your order should ship next week" is the exact phrase he uses with everyone to delay. I read that three times, gave lots of time between. Months. When I started to ask for a ship or order cancel they went MIA all sudden. I won't do business with them

My order of an intake pipe took just over a month and I feel that it would have been even longer if I wasnt contacting them regularly over email, phone and PM's here

The good news is it was the correct part, brand new in box and was a very good price

Everyone here knows that all of these are symptoms of a business spending more than it's taking in - outgo exceeds income - which has played out countless times elsewhere
