That is exactly what I was thinking before I even saw your note. I was wondering if it was the angle of the picture but it just looks weird.

That's exactly what I was thinking as well. The front end looks pretty ballsy, but from the rear quarters on, it needs some work.

I am just not a fan of any of these retro creations. Its practically cheaper or the same cost to just buy the real thing.

These modern-retro conversion/mods is really for just the select few audience who don't mind shelling out the dough. I personally saw a C5 Vette retroconverted to look like a C1 model similar to this one: More here- http://forums.corvetteforum.com/cana...onversion.html... interesting but meh naah. |

It isn't the angle. The distance between the top of the wheel arches and the top of the fender is about the height of the tires.

You hit the nail on the head bud!! Angry bird just doesn't get it ! It is a combo of the early and late , I wish that the early concept coulda been more incorporated into the late model!! Still looks good though!!!

Oh I get it alright, it's just it doesn't work. It's all out of proportion. You park that next to a real 69 Camaro and you would see how ugly it really is. It's a total failure in execution. I say if your going to copy a great design then don't half ass it, do it right!

I actually think its a horrible job and the people who attempted to do that should off themselves for the betterment of humanity. I mean literally if they are reading this go jump off of a building and do the world a favour. Also angrybird does get it, and I agree that at the price point you might as well start from the ground up and build the original body if you want an original. My whole point was that this was a much better execution than the Lingenfelter one. Despite the fact that it still isn't amazing.

I am not gonna lie I would SO buy that mustang (maybe not that color) but to have old school style with new school power and economy and creature comforts.
