I NEED SOME INFO

I have a friend who bought a new 2010 SS Camaro in the color IFO and he has lost his window sticker in a move to another place. I have read some of the SS cars were built in texas and he would like to know if his was. How can I find out and can you get another window sticker for his car being a 2010? Thanks

As far as I know, all of them were built in Canada.
There's a sticker on the trunk floor with all the build codes. That should tell you everything about the car.

Or look at the VIN. If it starts with 2 it's built in Canada.

It would be interesting to be proved wrong on this, but like others, I was under the impression that they were all made in Oshawa (Canada). The VIN would be the deciding factory. If it starts with a 2 then it was manufactured in Canada. If it starts with a 1 then it was manufactured in the US.

Probably registered cars not built cars

Very unlikely they would of had 2 plants building the camaro, but only way to know for sure is to check the vin

Exactly, why would they tool up two plants at hundreds of millions a piece only to have a handful (if I’m reading what was posted correctly, 18 cars out of 73889 total built) come from Texas. They were made in Canada.
