Maggie reliability

For those with a maggie, what is the longest distance you have driven?

I will be taking a road trip from Utah to Arkansas, @1500 miles one way, and wondering how the maggie deals with running for hours.

I installed my maggie at 1500 miles. I have over 28k on it now with a few trips to California and Arizona. I drove from San Antonio texas with no overheat or warning that the engine or maggie was getting hot. No issues at all with my maggie well built product. It was a self install as well. I wouldnt worry at all..... just an observation from my personal experience.

For the most part - the Maggie will stay on vacuum when going down the highway. As long as you are not running the car like you are Bert Reynolds in Smoky And The Bandit, you should be fine. And as far the longevity of a Maggie goes - I have heard of many people getting over 100,000 miles.

Thats good news to hear. Over heating the S/C was a concern for me.

Thanks!

I drove my car from CT to DC, about 5 hrs non stop last August, temps were 95+ outside and no issues what so ever. I think that Maggie is the last thing you need to worry about. Its all the other stuff that isn't built as well.

Went to Camaro5Fest last year from the Dallas Texas area to East GA area ... No issues at all .. The Maggie is built to last and I doubt you'll have any issues. Maggie, Good Tune and you should be good to go ... I'd like to also mention that I got between 24 and 26 MPG on that trip!!! ..
