buzzing From the back

I have a buzzing/vibration type rattle that is coming from the rear right of the interior. I remember reading someone else with the problem and the dealer fixed it. I have deone a few searches but come up with nothing, can anyone point me in the right direction so I can mention it to the dealer when I take it in?

Can someone else drive the car while you sit in the back of the car to listen for the sound? It could be the back panel is loose.

My God.................

I almost thought you suggested I let someone drive my car!!

I guess I may have to, I might not be able to concentrate on the buzz though!

My car just started the sheet metal type vibration about a week ago. I cannot tell whether it is inside or under the car (probably inside). It happens at low rpm when accelerating (usually in a higher gear). It is defently on the right side towards the rear. It stops after a few seconds before the end of acceleration.

As pertaining to the last post, I also have a whine/howl that I get at low rpm. When the car hits about 1100 RPM, (I thought it was the rearend but now I believe it's probably something else) I get this howl/screech as I accelerate through the 1100 RPM range; get it in every gear...

Try driving with the back seat down and the rear belts extended (I wrapped them around the front seat headrests). I had a small buzzing sound from the back at highway speeds. Found out it was the rear seat latch buzzing if I didn't close the rear seat hard enough after putting it down.

I have a veryyyyy loud.... buzzing/rattling/whistly sound from the rear right..

Do you have the ground effects? My dealer seems to be convinced it's the ground effects causing it. something to do with the rear bezels... its driving me insane..... its so bad.. pedestrians or people driving near me.. hear it and its ridiculous! The roar of a harley would have trouble competing with it. haha

Anyways, i get the noise in every gear... at a certain RPM and it occurs more during acceleration in gear. It persists as long as i stay within a certain speed/rpm in each gear... as long as i maintain speed within 5-10 kmph of that range.

I dont have the ground fx package......

I had a guy in the back, (no thats NOT a euphamism ) and he thinks ita the speaker area, I will try folding the rear seats down to see if that stops it.

Its the baffles in the muffler. I had the same problem on the drivers side. I took it in and they replaced the exhaust and that fixed it up. About a week later the other side started doing it :( Your dealer should have a service bulletin on this problem.
