CEL heeeeelp

I have a Vararam intake and the clamp that holds the maf sensor harness to the radiator hose got loose and contacted my power steering pulley. Two wires were damaged,I have made repairs to the wires but still have a CEL.The codes are P2534 and P069E,does any one have a clue as to what these are and how to correct it.

I have tried disconnecting the battery and still have them. Also car runs like crap.

Press your onstar button and ask them what does the code come back as and they will tell you. Post back and let us know what the code refers to.

codes will not clear just from disconnecting the battery,, you need a scan tool, also there is a 12v power wire in the maf harness, you may have blown the fuse that powers the maf (under hood fuse block, fuse #14, should be a 7.5 amp fuse)

I just had mine in the shop for those exact 2 codes. Turned out to be a short that blew a fuse.

It also caused a code for skip shift low voltage and caused the reverse lockout to lock me out of reverse.

Warrantee took care of it and we're back, good as new!
