I know I mentioned earlier that I might have to trade in my Avalanche if I have to, but what I forgot to mention was that I sold my 68 Camaro about five months ago for a couple of reasons. One reason was that I am unemployed and needed the money badly, and another reason is that since I first saw these new ones as a concept I knew right then and there that I wanted one and there was no way in hell I could work in two Camaros into my budget, but once I sold my Camaro my wife realizing how much it meant to me and how much the new ones mean to me has promised me that she will do what ever she can in her power to help me attain ownership of a new one and that it should be the one that I want the most, she knows that it will cost me around $38k but she would rather see me put in a new car instead of putting it in an old classic, I totally agree with her on that, I am DONE tinkering on old cars, I would rather just drive and enjoy my machine and that is why I am so glad that Chevy came up with this design, even after owning my 68 for as long as I did I still think this 5th gen is the best design out of the different models throughout time.

I traded in my 2008 D-Max 2500HD. It only had 8,000 miles at the time I traded it in, so I was ok with letting it go(I never drove it) I made out on the trade, as they gave me more than what I owed

Nope, believe it or not, I had absolutely no problems selling my 06 Hummer H3 (private party) back in Dec. 09 to make way for the Camaro SS that I ordered on Nov. 30th. It only had 23K miles on it and was garage kept, so it was squeeky clean. Some Japanese guy bought it and shipped it over to one of his clients in Japan.
Do I miss the Hummer? Nah, the SS is a whole different experience. The Hummer was fun and unique in it's own way but performance wise, it was a slug. I love my 2SS! |

Not me! I traded in my '06 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 Low. I had everything on it I wanted and fixed up so it was a loud fast bike! But I knew later on I would have to get into alot more expensive maintenance on it, plus the safety factor on the road was on my mind alot too. So I rode the Harley to my Chevy dealer and they paid off the bike and sold it to a female rider within a week or two. I drove home my special ordered 'Maro several weeks later with the same paint color as the Harley and sunroof to remind me of what I traded in. I miss the Harley a little at times, but glad I did, the Car has so many more features and I can drive it, not having to worry about if I will get rained on at some point.

I was going to trade in a 2008 VW R32, but my wife said "No Keep It" I have a 2003 Grand Am to drive every day. A 2008 VW R32 to have a little fun during the week. Don't let anyone fool ya, That R32 really goes and the all wheel drive is FANTASTIC in the winter. And hopefully in the next week a 2SS to do a lot of butt kicking. Life is good... Drive Safe...... Same here. My 99 Z28 sits in the driveway right next to the '10! Left it stock for 10 years, now it's mod time!

I traded in a Solstice, and I loved driving it. With the top down it got more attention than the Camaro does, but that probably was due to the flames on it. However, it was the worst built car I ever owned. 25 warranty visits in 2 years. No regrets now that I have the Camaro

I parked our Sky in front of the house with a for sale sign on it and within a week I had it sold....and that was last fall when the weather had already started getting cold...

Traded a 2009 vw jetta tdi, it got 38 mpg average and was pretty zippy and comfortable but the styling of my camaro is off the charts cool so i was ok to trade. I love the attention the camaro gets and its pretty damn fast to boot
