Because like andrew said , GPI always disables those codes so there isnt a problem i guess like i am having now, Smoke test showed absolutely no leaks and everything is as it should be installation wise , the only logical explanation is the tune was never right from the beginning and this intakes better airflow its throwing the codes! Seems pretty simple to me, and when iam out driving it and i clear the codes it runs pretty good! So i guess you can continue to question my ability to install a intake manifold if you want , but i assure you the plug is on right and hoses are hooked up and its not leaking!!!

We've done everything we can to try to prove/disprove the manifold as part of the problem, and we've both concluded there is no observable defect. I've of course offered return/exchange if the part is believed to be the problem, but as we've worked to troubleshoot this we've not gathered information that really points in that direction, and I've come to understand that the tune-up has been less than desired well before the manifold was ever introduced. To reiterate on another point, yes, we consider the ported rod-mod manifold to be a "no tune required" option. Because it's still the same runner length, almost identical plenum volume, same throat shape and size, and same resonance, it follows the exact same airflow curve and characteristics that the stock manifold will. I would assume that an obvious caveat here would be that the MAF curve (and VVE if still active) needs to be properly calibrated in the first place in order to just bolt on the manifold and go. It's also worth noted that in truly max-effort combinations there is always value in reviewing and touching up a calibration following any sort of change - but almost always there would be zero change with the ported rod-mod if the existing tune-up is accurate. Bluebagger06 knows how to reach me, and that I'll keep working with him until he's got this sorted. I'm hopeful his local tuner can take another pass at the tune-up and cleanup some of the things previously overlooked, and bring this car into line. Truly it's awful to have a great combination of parts and not have them drive/perform like they are supposed to. People often balk at the idea that we'd charge $650 for our remote tuning services - and I get how that can feel like a significant cost. When you consider the importance of the results the old phrase of "you get what you pay for" rings very true. We provide the absolute best tune-up you could hope for short of having the car in our own hands. It's not hard to get the fuel and spark dialed in for WOT performance, but we go so much further beyond that to make sure the driveability is maximized - cold/hot starts, idle quality and return, cruising behavior, shift schedules, etc - there are very few aspects of the calibration we don't touch to ensure the best possible overall result.

Good news, your tune must have been right on the edge, bolted mine on and it ran great with a noticable midrange difference. I do want to get mine Dyno tuned.
