Stupid question - Vitesse TC
I have mine mounted in the empty space just under the dic. I have tried numerous methods of adhesive tapes, and seems to stick for a while, then just keeps falling off. anyone have any luck with something else? I am just a few bad thoughts of taking it apart and drilling a small hole and screwing it in...

When I had a vtc, i just used 3m strong mounting tape from an automotive parts store to hold it and it was fine.

When I had my Vitesse TC I had it in the same spot as well. You have to make sure you are using 3M double sided tape and make sure the surface is clean. Wipe it down with some rubbing alcohol and it should be fine.

If the tape is not sticking to the spot you are mounting it, here's the steps I follow whenever mounting something with two sided (3m) tape:
1) Wipe area down with a damp soapy rag (I prefer Dawn) followed by a clean damp rag (no soap); this will remove any pervious cleaners, waxes, protectors, etc. 2) Wipe area down with alcohol pads (I normally go over area at least twice); let dry completely. 3) Apply an adhesive promoter to area. 4) Apply item with tape on it. Following these procedures has worked 100% of the time for me

Used the velcro that came with it, then switched to a different velcro after cleaning with rubbing alcohol - did not know about the 'adhesion promoter' - going to get that now. Thanks for all the advise...
