Mickey Thompson Street Comps

I researched these tires for a couple days before I pulled the trigger and I didn't find much so I figured I would put up a short review.
I was coming from nitto motivo's to these.

First impression they looked like they were going to be great.....

Got them mounted on the car and set them at 32psi cold. Less than 20 miles. Spun off the line terribly even broke free with about a 10-15ft roll out.

Figured I would give it a couple miles.
100 miles on them I decide to see where I stack up against my buddies cammed gto.
We go from a 40 roll, the back end broke free completely caught me off guard.
Tried from a dig and they spun through first but hooked about halfway through 2nd.

They are not what I expected for dry but they have been pretty good in the rain so far. I hope they hook much better at the track or I'm gonna be taking them off. I purchased these after speaking to MT sales and being told they would be great for a street application with exceptional dry performance. Well so far they have not met my standards. Where I'm at with my car I shouldn't have any problems hooking from a 40 roll with a 300AA tire.
