Rear 02 Sensors Off & Inspection
When I had my car tuned the rear 02 sensors were shut off(SC install). I'm just about to go to my first inspection in NH and was wondering if they can tell they are off and will it fail now?
I've had notorious problems with the rear 02 sensors in a previous car with an SC, they weren't shut off, but they would always throw a CEL.

No way more people from NH on this forum! That's impossible! There's a few places you can go that they won't care regardless. They only hook up the OBDII to look for DTC's and CEL codes so if your tune is working it will show everything ready if it isn't it will flag you and you'll fail. If the OBDII inspection throws a CEL but no CEL is on in your car some will place an exception on it your best bet is steering clear of dealerships have a small local franchise do your inspection bring them ice coffee or something.

to answer your question. your tuner should have turned them off. If he did not call him and take it back. It will only take him 5min to turn them off. It happens the tuner forgets to do it. After they are turned off it will be like they never were there. It will pass every time no readiness nothing.

I believe the printout will show READY for the sensors after you pass.
