congrats on the 1LE! And hey, as long as the temps are above 40 or so, don't see why you can't take that car out once in a while during the winter!

You might want to let the dealership know that they missed removing the spacers during PDI in case of the unlikely event you do have an issue.

My 1LE is a 2022 and is Rapid Blue. Check out my Member Car Journal for more on my 1LE.
Oh good, glad to hear I haven't been unknowingly wrecking it probably! I'll take pictures and let them know.
Guess I could seen your profile pic. Very nice! I do like the blue too

Thanks! I wasn't really into any new cars really, but started looking at these to replace my old 96 T/A and fell in love

Thanks! Can't wait to explore the island a bit more in depth in my car!!!

It's the salt. My car is not allowed salt in its diet, I'm very strict on that =P

You’ll probably notice it drives (and looks) much better with the spacers removed. Unfortunately dealers are morons. There’s a big sticker on the driver window telling them to remove the spacers and somehow they often get missed.

Congratulations, nice addition to the island. Make sure you warm up the tires driving in the 7° weather.

Thanks again for the warm welcomes!

The deed is done. I'll have fun taking these in next time I see them...

Yes, I found the setting in the gauges, it's nice to have all that extra performance info in there!

It won't hurt anything that you drove a couple thousand km with the spacers. It just makes for a harsh ride because the springs are much 'stiffer' with the spacers in there. And visually, the car sits a little higher in the front. No harm done.

That makes me happy to know that, thanks!

Might explain why the tour suspension option still seemed about as stiff the sport and track options..

Now it really will be like driving it off the lot again come spring, because it'll feel all different now, lol!

Congratulations on your new 1LE and keep those Orange spacers. I wouldn’t give them to the dealership.
