HUD Display
My HUD quit working at 1,000 miles. I've heard they have to take the windshield out AND the dash. NOT gonna go there. I only have 3,300 miles on the Garage Queen after 14 months of ownership. NOW....I changed the oil at 1,000 miles and could NOT find out how to recycle the oil system reset. Now, at 3,300 miles, it's screaming at me to change the oil. Mobil 1 with 2,400 miles on it. I have tried and tried to find the place to reset that, but can't do it. What am I missing? Going by the manual, does NOT work???? Driving me CRAZY. Dave HEEELLLLLP ME......

My HUD was not working from the factory.....they tried everything to avoid it but ended up taking the front glass out per recommendation from GM hierarchy. However, they did NOT have to take the dash apart. Mine was the connector....Tech said once the glass was out and he got in there.....he pushed the connector together and *click
All it was....just not snapped together good from assembly I guess. |

Yeah, I was not happy about it buut....They had the regional GM involved as well as some techs on conference with GM over the phone. Everything was very transparent for me and .....fingers crossed...so far so good. They used a brand new glass for what its worth but yeah, it still sucked. |
