I'm pulling the lever towards me and they do flash. They just do not reset quickly enough when I let go of the lever to quickly flash again.

And it should be against the law to drive with the high beams on all the time too but it doesn’t seem to be. I see people all the time driving that way and when I flash mine they ignore me and keep going so I just leave mine on high! People are so inconsiderate these days and it seems to be getting worse everyday!

Maybe there are just a lot of cars with badly adjusted headlights. I get “bright lighted” all the time but my lights are on low beam!

No Kirk, I know the difference and can tell especially on the older cars and trucks with dull and frosted headlight lenses! Of course like I replied above, people don’t care and are inconsiderate to other drivers out on the road. Not all are that way though!

Move Honda Civic I meet on the road are driving with their high beams. Maybe it's a feature from Honda. We'll never know.

I'm more concerned with the trucks and cars running HID's in halogen housings. There's nothing worse than coming across those people, or having those people in the opposite lanes driving past you.

It is because these people could care less about the other drivers on the road. Install a cheap HID kit and commence to blinding everyone else on the road. And now we have to also worry about the LED light bars that everyone thinks is cool to drive with them on:(

I used to love driving at night but now because of all the above mentioned, I really don’t care for it at all!!
