Aftermarket radio help

Hello guys, I have a metra double din dash set up in my car with a pioneer avic z2 head unit. Also have 2 12s. Here's my situation. I've had the car 3 years or so and put all of these in 4 months after getting it. Anyway right from the beginning I lost the turn signal chimes and a couple other chimes I believe. Need to double check. Also haven't been able to use onstar or the cars Bluetooth for phone calls. And lastly (the most annoying) I get a static noise for 20 seconds while the head unit loads up and everytime I push a head unit button but the static noise happened maybe 4-6 months after install. Non of this truly bothered me enough to have it be top of my list of things in life to address but now I can address it. But my questions are why did this happen and how should I go about fixing it.

I just installed a Metra kit today. In the instructions it tells you how to adjust the chime volume. The adjustment requires you to get to the axxess box in the dash and turn an embedded adjustment knob.

A bad PAC adapter can cause static noise also.
