Need help getting into the frame

A year ago, the right piston that raises the top had to be replaced because the bolt popped out. The bolt fell down into the well area where the mechanism is at and has been moving around ever since the repair. If I turn right/left from a stop & hit the gas, it moves. if I stop fast, it moves.

Feeling around in the mechanism well area today, I noticed a small opening on the right side; it's in line with the right rear speaker area and that's where the sound is coming from.

Is there any way to get inside the frame behind the speaker so I can get that bolt out? My dealership said they were going to order a retractable grabbing tool with a camera, but if I can do it my self, I'd rather just get it done.

If it was replaced under warranty why didn’t you make the dealer get it out?

They were supposed to, but didn't have any tools to get through the opening & down into the fame. I've got to stop in & ask them if they got the tools yet. They have been fantastic with this car so far; this is the one issue they haven't taken care of, but they have fixed several things very rapidly & got the car back to me in a hurry.
