Head unit going crazy
Radio screenis going crazy. Keeps scrolling back & forth between page 1 & 2, touch feature wont work. Turned car on & off; no change.
Any ideas? |

Try disconnecting battery then re-connecting.

There is a fuse in the trunk for cutting power to the mylink head unit. No need to disconnect the battery to everything.

Which fuse is it: F16 - Display, or F55 - Radio Controls (looking at pages 272-273 of manual)?
Update: I pulled F16 and that worked. But snapping the fuse box cover back on was impossible. Last edited by wjmeyer; 05-22-2018 at 03:12 PM. |

I too tried pulling the fuse first..didn't work for me. Disconnecting the negative battery cable worked for me.
