Try disconnecting battery then re-connecting.

Disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery worked. That was just weird how the screen was just sliding back & forth between pages, and it kept it on the lower right (of my 5 favorites) radio station. Even using the steering wheel controls to change stations, it kept going back to that one. And in the background I kept hearing the noise that happens when you touch the screen - it just kept making that noise rapid fire style.

There is a fuse in the trunk for cutting power to the mylink head unit. No need to disconnect the battery to everything.

Which fuse is it: F16 - Display, or F55 - Radio Controls (looking at pages 272-273 of manual)?
Update: I pulled F16 and that worked. But snapping the fuse box cover back on was impossible.

I too tried pulling the fuse first..didn't work for me. Disconnecting the negative battery cable worked for me.
