Talking Forged rods for the LFX engine!

I'm in the works of getting a batch of forged 4340 H beam rods for the LFX engine made. I'll end up 2 individual rods left that I can't make a full set out of. I'm thinking I would like to send at least one of them out for fatigue testing and analysis to really get an idea of how much of a beating they can take.

I'm sure I could have it done at the manufacturer, but I would like to have it third party tested.

I did stumble across this: http://www.chryslertestservices.com/...urability.html , and have already tried contacting them, awaiting a response.

In your guys' travels have you ever had this done, or know of another source, or multiple sources I could have this testing done at? Sorry if this is in the wrong section, the forced induction area just seemed like the best bet.

I'm actually having 50 rods made, 8 complete sets, 2 extra... I still need to supply 2 more dimensions to finalize the plan, and pricing. They are 4-6 weeks out once I pull the trigger.

No. It was generated and supplied to me by the company that's going to be making the rods based on the rod dimensions I supplied to them off of the GM LFX mechanical specifications document. I have a stock rod, and bearing on the way to me to provide them with the dimension info that was missing from the GM document. I may end up just sending them the rod and bearing.
