Thanks for welcoming us n00bs to the forums. I'm getting ready to order a 2SS RS automatic in cyber gray metallic. I have 2 local dealers competing to sell me the car for "invoice" or for "supplier" pricing (whichever is less - their words), but the price is still pretty high. They will give me a $500 rebate if I agree to waive the 60 day return deal, that's only good if I buy in Nov. and I want to have mine built to get the one I want. That means that I won't get the car in Nov. and can't get the rebate. I drove a 2SS automatic today and I really loved it, but it was red, and I have my heart set on a CGM 2SS RS auto.

Decisions decisions!

Thanks to all of you who have put pictures on this site. It has really helped me choose the options I want!

With how much these cars cost, I'd get the car you want instead of worrying about the $500. *Especially* if you can get invoice or supplier pricing...

First post here:

I got a 2SS M6 Camaro in September. I got on the waiting list at my home town dealer once the concept was unveilled in 2006. I placed my RPO order in January of this year, and I took delivery on 19 September.

The car is my DD, and I'd like to do as many mods as I can without voiding the warranty.

I've looked at a few other camaro websites, and this one seems to be the best.

I joined CAMARO5 today. Picked up a CGM LS 6M this past Monday - no bells or whistles - I'm all about the skin. I have the honor and privelege to work on the Camaro program (which I am supposed to disclose on public forums) - so aside from being an avid fan and driver of one of these beauties, I'll have my eyes and ears open on the forum for additional perspective. Glad to be here!

Hi everyone. My name is Pete and new to site from NY. Took delivery of 2010 2SS M6 Black, Interior Grey and Black, on 6/27/09. Own 2 Harleys both strokers, 04 Suburban, 08 CTS 4, 06 Silverado 3500 Duramax. This is a great site for Gen5 info and will be looking for real info on engine mods. Think I'm in the right place. Hope you are all enjoying the cars.
