WTB: LS3 intake with "ROD-MOD" - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Looking for either a Rick Crawford Racing or GPI "ROD-MOD" intake manifold.

Hoping to save a bit of money if someone here is either returning to stock or changing setups and have one of these laying around and willing to part with it.

Its cheaper to send your intake to gpi like i did .

It is not cheaper for me in the least since Im located in Canada shipping is expensive both ways and than I will get charged an additional tax and duty when it crosses the border again.

Buying off someone else as a private sale I will save a ton on shipping alone.

I saw one on a Facebook group for $450ish shipped the other day. Almost bought it myself.

Could you not order one from somewhere and have it shipped to whoever and have the work done and then shipped on to you? I've sent 3 intakes to various places in the US and they're about 50 USD to ship. Crossing the border is the cost right?

Do you know the name of the group its posted in?

Yea, as soon as it crosses the boarder and than comes back i'll get dinged for additional fees on-top of the already outrageous cost to ship TO/FROM Canada.

What I meant with shipping one was just order one from Amazon, get it shipped to RCR or whoever you want to do it and then have them ship it to you. It only crosses the border once that way and that seems to be where the cost is.

Sorry if I don't know shit about all that.
