Gm has a Motto Repair nothing unless the customer really presses the issue. This was told to me by a GM mechanic while trying to get my steering fixed.Anyway the car ended up under the Lemon law.I won!You have to get a Lawyer who handles lemons. They are actually in violation of The Moss repair act.The cant even void the warranty if you have Mods.Say you put new mufflers on,the only thing that is voided is the mufflers. There is a TSB reguarding the clicking in the rear axles. The lock bolts are coming loose and these and they have a kit with a washer nut and thread lock. This does correct it!Dont let Gm get away with it!They didnt want to warranty my dash so I filed with the BBB autoline in my state!Yes now they are replacing the dash!

Something doesn't add up here... GM wouldn't deny you this repair or void your entire warranty for just a muffler delete...

You say you have done nothing to the car, and you say they will not tell you why they are voiding the warranty...as stated something doesn't add up....they have to tell you why they are voiding the warranty for one thing, and there has to be some reason why they called in a GM engineer to look at it.
What exactly did your "trustworthy" mechanic do to the car to get the alignment right? |

Yep, I smell truckloads of here.
Either we aren't getting the full story, or your dealer is truly stupid. |
