OH NO!! I ordered my car Tuesday, actually gave them my trade-in Tuesday... Just now I talked to another dealer to be taken off his list and he tells me he has a special edition (1 of 500) 2014 Laguna Blue Z51 ready for me on the lot.... you talking about timing... I don't think I can get my trade-in and my deposit back now..

I don"t know about that....on the trade-in...I think you have three days. On the order, I'm pretty sure you can cancel right up to the time its actually produced. There is a window here....if you so choose..

I don't think I'm going to do that to this dealer, he bent over backwards for me to get my allocation. I'm going to stick with my purchase Tuesday.

The car available, if anyone wants it, is at Columbia Chevrolet in Cincinnati.

I can't thank you enough Becky. No, we did not know anything. The car was ordered on the first day that was open to ordering in May and was ordered from a small dealer in Fontana California. Rotolo. We are loyal to them and we knew up front they do not have much allocation.

My Dad will keep this car 2 years and then it will be passed onto me (when he orders a new one). It will be part of my inheritance and stay in the family. We are very excited.

Well that is a step up from 3300 on Monday! im worried that with the z51 constraints my car is going to take a lot longer :(

My understanding is that at 3400 you have all the parts ready. Its just being grouped together.

Awe Man....I can't catch a break with this car. After being held at 3400 for over two months for the CF roof, I was told mine was slated to come off the line on Monday the 21st. Then today the museum site is showing that tours are cancelled for production issues Oct. 17th through the 21st.

Oh well maybe they are just going to slow down and make sure this car is extra perfect!

That's terrible news! Maybe the holdup is all of us bayed and not enough room!. I hope its a short delay for you... I cut the CF roof to go ahead...

Andrews...my thought as well....OnStar says the customer is required to "Push the Blue OnStar Button to activate the service"....I tried to add mine to my already established account......trying to do what you suggest.

No such luck!!
