Most cruises in this area just have you come in and hang out at their location. There are some that the cars actually cruise. There is one on the Illinois side that meets near the Alton Belle Casino and goes up the Great River Road to Grafton, IL. It's a great time if you're nearby. I can try to find details if you (or anyone) are interested.

4 until 10 PM Saturday 9 June. If you come buy I'm the guy with the yellow SS. I usually get there around 5 to get a good parking spot. See link above.
