It's a tow vehicle for a COPO Camaro. GM dresses up a 3500HD every SEMA for that.

It's funny how the copo name has become what it has from the real reason it existed just because someone figured out that they could use that route to order a car exactly how they wanted to.

C'mon who wouldn't love to be able to not only buy a new COPO but also a matching row rig from the factory!!! Sorry but that's cool and it would be neat to see ford and dodge do the same.
