I have 14 miles left on my warranty.

Hold me.

Seriously, what's the first thing you think will go wrong with my ride, that would have been covered by the warranty?

Unless you are modded whatever breaks firsts would have been covered under the warranty. As far as what will break first, who knows.

Just as a heads up, and perhaps a little comfort, many dealers will work with you and allow a little wiggle room. I've had stuff go bad just a few hundred miles out of warranty--- as far as 1500 miles--- and the dealer has been cool enough to "help me out," and cover it under warranty. There's nothing PROMISED after you cross the line, of course, but it never hurts to ask, and SOMETIMES they'll help you.

I'm assuming you mean the bumper to bumper, your powertrain is still covered till 100k or 5 years.

If your concerned about something going bang after the warranty expires, I would buy the extended warranty that should bump your bumper to bumper up to 7 yrs/100K miles.

As stated, your most critical components (power train) are covered for 5yr/100K miles (unless your already tuned or modded).

You can also pay to have a dealership do an inspection on your vehicle (around 200-300). They will list any issues or problems and you can choose which to have fixed (for those still under warranty).

When my Cobalt crossed the warranty line, a speaker blew....Perfect excuse for an upgrade. You'll be fine.

Stop driving your car and put it in storage NOW!!!!!!!!!! J/K

I look at the positive side of things. You still have your powertrain warranty (5 years or 100K miles). Also, if nothing serious has gone wrong up to this point, chances are you won't have issues for a while. An expired warranty means you can start having fun with your car without feeling guilty. Time for suspension upgrades, etc.

Buy an extended warranty if you are worried about it
