Mine was an auto and it does the same thing, sometimes it actually stalls... once it warms up it acts normally

Mine never hints at wanting to stall. Might need to datalog it and see what's going on.

It's in the tune guys. Mine was like that and Pat g hooked me up big time.no issues at all now. Bo, with the tr6060 temp sensor are you able to use the stock gauge?

Mine is a 1SS so no gauge cluster. My Aeroforce doesn't read tranny temp for some reason. Reads everything else.

Looks good Bo! Glad to see you got the sensor in. Get a stock gauge cluster and you should be good to go.

What's the difference between a 6l80 temp sensor and a tr6060?

If I had to guess nothing probably. I've never looked. It's probably all on the software on this issue between the two.
