Vibration issue after 3.91 gear set install

I own a 2015 SS M6 with 8000km. I recently did a 3.91 gear (GM gear) swap which i am very happy with other than the issue i now have. All work was done at the local dealer. The Gear is very quite at any speed but the car develops a vibration when it reach higher speeds starting at 70mph and progressively get worst as speed climbs to a point the cars feels unstable. I don't recall having any vibration at all before the swap. My dealer is suggesting its flat spots in the tires? which i am having a hard time believing.. what would be you thoughts on this? also having a hard time getting the dealer to swap out rims/tire from another car on the lot to confirm or eliminate the tires from the equation. Also just to add i have had a hunter force balance performed already..

I would take a close look at the driveshaft, center support and couplers.

Sounds like the dealer just doesn't want to deal with it

"Flat Spots" on tires was much more common with poly glass tires 40 years ago. With modern radials, I have had cars sit in one spot for several years and they still drove fine. Sounds like the dealer is trying to put you off...

Do you think it's possibly a part failure after the install or an issue with the work performed on the reinstall? Trying to decide how i will approach this now.

The dealer not wanting to deal with it is what worries me.

If it wasn't there before the swap then it's something to do with the install plain and simple. Had my 391s done in may.....no noise or vibration before or after.
