I owned a 12 and loved those tail lights now have a 14 and those tail lights have grown on me
I would have to say 12 fits the ass end better |

The 2014/15 refresh looks more like the 1969 style.

had a '10 SS, traded in for a '14 ZL1, I prefer the newer style, especially when you put the car in 'display' (or whatever its called) mode (Turn the fog lights on during day".

To me the separate lights look far more like gen 1 taillights. The single assembly of the redux doesn't look like gen 1 at all to me...it looks sleek and euro.

10-13 lamps for me, but I think its more of the tail lamp and rear bumper as an overall combo that makes me lean this way. I was looking at the rear of a 2015 ZL1 in white and I just prefer my 13.. So maybe the color is a factor? But I do like the 14-15 lamps themselves.

I do like both and as dega stated some colors seem to stand out better in the 12-13 and some other colors stand out in the 14-15. But by no means does the 14-15 resemble the 69 Camaro at all. But I do like both rear ends okay, not really head over heels over either.
