Okay so we found my problem and so far it's fixed. Basically what was done to fix it was putting flocking tape around all of the components around the door latch and handle. My dealership spent hours going through this finding everything that could be causing it. The problem is that there is a lot that rattles in the door. Everything from the metal to the the plastic components, and even the access plugs on the door. A combination of flocking tape and sound deadening material was used to fix this. For those worried about weight it's not an issue. I'll be working with the service team to document the fix and post more up when I have their document. Hopefully this will help you when you go in for yours.

Other than the door rattles, I have that issue too. It's not that consistent with me though. It only happens over bigger bumps. I know when the hand was placed it stopped but were you able to tell if it was coming from the dash or the door?

I assume the entire door trim panel was removed? From the instructions I saw, the retention clips for the door trim need to be replaced once you remove the panel? If so, I'll need to purchase a few. I might try to do this myself. Most of the rattles come from the opposite side of the speaker and right around the window controls.

Sure thing. There are retainer clips all around the panel. I ordered two types of clips. I'm pretty sure one of the two, if not both are correct. Once I get the clips I'll compare them to what is required on the panel and update you!

The part numbers I am working with are 11548932 and 11546903.

Good afternoon gprox_69 and off1c3r,

We understand how this rattling can be frustrating and assure you this is not the kind of experience we want you to have in your vehicles. Please feel free to send us a private message if you'd like to discuss further, we’d be more than happy to assist any way that we can.

I have this same issue. Mine is most noticeably heard at higher speeds, and over bumps. I've been meaning to check, as previously stated, whether it's just the plugs at the bottom of the door, but I don't think it is. Hopefully this gets figured out soon!

I've asked the same question and get 0 response! 55 pages, of course many quotes, but nonetheless...... ?
