ZL1 A10 Fuse Pull + Cat Delete

I finally got around to the "51" fuse pull and secondary cat delete today. I have to say I finally have some exhaust sound in 9th and 10th gear (mostly thanks to the fuse pull). Before, I could feel the back-pressure of the closed valves when in auto mode when I slowly increased pressured on the gas pedal. It was completely silent until I hit 2K RPM. In manual mode, hitting the gas in 9th or 10th resulted in no exhaust sound whatsoever.

As for the secondary cat delete, I sense there's only a minor bump in sound, but only in higher RPMs. Hard to tell though. May be time to go with a Corsa Extreme axle-back to get the bump I need.

I thought about that, but then I'd break the warranty for sure after tuning.

Doesn’t deleting the secondary cat technically void the warranty?

2nd Cat delete "Technically" yes...but nothing like going in the ECM. Once you tune you are 100% on your own.

If you throw a rod and all you had was the 2nd cat delete....I would like to think most stealerships would still work with you but you do it after a tune....no way!
