That, sir, is a work of art.
I want to hang one on my wall.

After comparing the LFX and LLT GM technical documents, it appears that the LLT and LFX connecting rods are dimensionally identical (assuming the GM technical documents are correct)... Soo, I'm fairly certain these would work in the LLT engine also.
Could be yours Thanks! |

I wish, I just bought a house and I have a kid coming this winter. But there is always a chance.

Forged rods for the LFX engine!
Found the LY7 gm tech document. The LY7 rods are slightly shorter, and the pin end width is 4.23mm bigger. I don't think these would work in an LY7... I do think they might work in the LF3, but would have to dig up the document to double check. Last edited by Jason@JacFab; 11-05-2014 at 11:49 PM. |

Sooooo what's the cost of a set? Is this something that a group buy could benefit JF and the folks here?

If these work with LF3 piston heads that would be sweet

They should be good to about 800hp with the ARP 2000 bolts that will come standard. Up to 1000hp if the end user wanted to upgrade to the ARP Custom Age 625+ bolts.
