Differential replacement issues

Hello! I recently had my '11 2ss in for an extended warranty replacement at the dealership for the differential. It was making a rubbing/moaning noise at slow speeds and when turning the steering wheel (forward and reverse). It was replaced with a brand new differential. About a month later it is making the same noise again. Has anyone had similar issues?? Wondering if I have a lemon....

Are you sure it's coming from the diff? They're generally pretty robust and shouldn't go bad after a month. I'd get somebody to listen from outside the car to help pinpoint exactly where it's coming from. If it really is the diff, just take it back in and let the dealership deal with it.

Find an open parking lot and make some figure eights.

If that quiets it you aren't driving it hard enough.
