M6 to 4l80

I’m gathering everything in need swap my m6 to 4l80. I’m not sure on flex plate install. Do I remove pilot bearing and replace with new one and use spacer that comes with Tci flex plate? Do I remove bearing and just use the that comes with flex plate spacer?
