That kinda defeats the purpose of the aero effects that are designed into the parts.

You should've seen us getting our 1LE onto our 32' gooseneck for the trip back to Oregon. Let's just say the front would scrape, middle would high center, and rear would scrape...so we had to use lots of wood and our forklift to prevent damage.

In Oregon we had a friend with a much larger forklift, we just positioned the forks at the lift points with wood blocks to contact the ZL1addons...picked the car up all at once and drove the trailer out from underneath her! God bless good friends.

Sorry to see that TheRedhead.

FWIW, the lead curved deflector on my drivers side looks almost that bad. My center air dam (under splitter) has scraped as well. Fortunately my splitter has escaped any damage. Fortunately they (dams, deflectors) are inexpensive and easy to replace.

Disclaimer; My Z has never seen a speed bump and my driveway is sports car clearance/transition friendly.

I noticed that your outboard dams are not installed. I honestly believe that they have spared my splitter from damage. I do understand that they are to be removed for track work, and that they create drag. They have however provided cheap protection for my splitter. FWIW.

I feel your pain.

Very kool . . I scrape everyday coming out of my driveway.

Good to know there is a fix
My neighbor built ramps. Was consider g putting some concrete down to lessen angle from street to driveway. If that makes sense.
