I love letting the local dealer technicians drive my car!

I’m so sorry for being out of line.

Overreacting.. 1 mile and that app is so biased on what hard acceleration really is. Another tell tale is avg 5mph speed over the timeline.

What app is that?

Is the mileage true to what manager is claiming? How is hard acceleration measured? Seems interesting to me.
I think I would be concerned as of right now.

My chevy app

It’s myChevy app. Chevrolet Smart Driver.
The mileage was true to what the manager states.

Can the manager explain when the car service was completed? You have time stamps and I'm sure jobs have a time start and stop.

And why does anyone need to rev an engine ro burn oil off? Just let the damn thing idle. It'll warm up. Doesn't matter if it's a Prius or Koenigsegg.

I worked at a dealer for 7 years. You clean off spilled oil with brake cleaner. It gets it right off. Letting it burn off makes no sense if they have proper supplies available. It takes forever and the smell may linger causing the customer to be concerned. With that being said, I dont really see any evidence of "abuse".

Well here's another thing. If it was in an oil change and ONLY an oil change. Why was it necessary for a test drive? Especially if Mr Vasquez said it never left the lot.

Out of all the oil changes I took my Tundra, 135i and wifes Camry in for, none were taken out for a test drive. Because I watched it go from the lot to the lift, from the lift to the lot.

All 3 had free maintenance for X years. That's why I let them do it.

Also, this happened like 2 weeks ago. You're just noticing this now or did you not know the app tracked this kind of stuff?

Distance - 1 mile?
Average speed - 5 mph?
12 hard acceleration, but only 1 hard braking?
The math doesn't compute. I would make sure i understand what is defined as hard acceleration before hitting their reputation.

Everything about accelerating and distance is noise. Why did the car leave the lot @Sacautoguy? That is the only thing that needs addressing.
