2 Hours? Yeah, I know it sounds weird, but I am NOT a morning person. I like to get up, do a bit of exercize to get my blood flowing, make my morning shake & coffee & sit I drink them at leisure before getting in the shower & getting ready. That did not get to happen yesterday. I messaged with a couple of our club folk who are mechanically inclined & don't really feel better. Both said I could do the mod but their guidance was a bit intimidating. I think I may wait until I can schedule to go to Clarksville to my friend at the automotive tech school & let his students, (under his supervision) do it for me. Yeah, I'm starting to chicken out.

Could it be that young "managers" hate having more mature worker bees under their domain? I'm somewhat new to this whole corporate America thing, and I find some of it disturbing.

As it turns out, the more mature worker bees stepped up, and spoke up to "senior" management attending our meeting. It appears the higher ups are a bit upset with middle management, as it seems reports to said higher ups have not been exactly accurate, assessments have not been accurate, and there is now the possibility middle management is causing the department's ills.

We'll see if there is any back-lash, but I feel real good about this. Senior management has gotten a whiff of the stink we've had to endure on a daily basis.

Personally, I avoid the State Fair on the weekends. We usually go during the week (Tuesday, I believe it is) when retired military get in for free and less crowded too. I will say that the fair has improved considerably over the last 10+ years we've lived here with new buildings, etc. It's to bad they tore down the raceway, but it was in pretty bad shape. Have fun!!
