So I got a chance to sit (not drive, unfortunately) in a Gen 6 2SS A8 car without the sunroof...

It's cramped, but once I was able to get the seat adjusted I was fairly comfortable. The visibility is a bit worse, I'm not sure how people are saying it's better than the 5th Gen. The steering wheel controls were a bit weird, but I guess if I had one I would get used to it.
The NPP exhaust sounds GREAT, and the adjustable modes on the fly work really well, I liked that. The seats were pretty comfortable, but the ergonomics were difficult, but I think that goes to the interior being cramped and more cockpit like. I don't have particularly large hands, but the steering wheel felt very small and it was a bit difficult finding a comfortable position.

What I wasn't crazy about was the price..it didn't feel like a $47,000 car. This car had the MRC and NPP, but no sunroof. The center "stack" screen angle is weird, and I think the new MyLink or whatever its called just..isn't really intuitive as say..the infotainment system Dodge uses or even the 13+ MyLink screen from the 5th Gen.

As far as looks...I actually think I prefer the looks of the 14/15 refresh more. It's too bad we couldn't get the LT1/A8 combo in the refreshed 5th Gen..that would be cool as hell.

As a side note to the 6th Gen...is it just me or is Camaro6 waaaay more hostile than Camaro5 right now?

Don't spend much time on the 6th gen site but the few times I was there it seemed alright. Some threads were kind of hostile but I think that'll happen on any forum.

Do not like the interior of the 6th gen, but I still need to sit in one and see it in person to give a final verdict. Love the looks from the front but the rear seems like an afterthought. Especially something so small as badge placement. Without sitting in one I will agree with you that anyone who says it's easier to see out of than a 5th gen is lying to themselves haha smaller Windows and less space don't add up to easier lines of sight. Thought that might change once I eventually sit in one

This is turning out to be the worse paper ever.

6 pages down. 19 more to go. I find out tonight if that includes the references, abstract, and cover page. It's hit or miss with these people.

I'll be happy with a B. Means that I don't have to pay for it.

I think I have my mom on-board with the idea of buying a plane. Now I have to convince my dad...

I either want a Bonanza s35 or a Mooney M20J. Both cruise around 200mph but the Bo has a bigger cabin. Mooney is more fuel efficient. I'm just tired of Cessnas lol

You could ask me a million questions about their plane and I would not a have single answer. All I know is....it flies and they go travel up and down the east coast.

They said it is overly expensive. The plane is paid off, but you need to rent hanger space, maintenance and upkeep, fuel.

$75k-$100k for a decent plane, but financing is like a house, not a car. Engine overhauls every 2000 or so flight hours (~$15k), insurance ($4k-$5k a year), hangar is $1500 a year here, AvGas is cheap right now at $4 a gallon (10-15gph), plus basic maintenance, and crap that breaks. It's like a boat. They aren't cheap, but they're fun lol

Nice. So does anyone else in your family fly or is it just you?
